# Spoor & Fisher awarded Top Tier status in 2022 Legal 500 rankings

Spoor & Fisher has once again retained its Tier 1 firm status in the Legal 500 annual rankings announced in April 2022.

Hugh Moubray; Eben van Wyk; Megan Reimers; Dina Biagio; Charles Webster; Stephen Goldberg; Kay Rickelman; and Carl van Rooyen were identified as key lawyers in the firm, with Hugh Moubray; Carl van Rooyen; Charles Webster and Eben van Wyk singled out as leading individuals.

Spoor & Fisher described as a firm which specialises in intellectual property and has strong knowledge of trade marks, copyright and anti-counterfeiting, was specifically noted for the depth and breadth of their reach, experience and insights right across the African continent. *Special mention was made about their geographical presence internationally: “Their physical and efficient presence in other countries apart from South Africa make them a privileged option for companies.”*
