# Burundi: Renewal of ‘old law’ trade mark registrations

According to a registry notification, so-called ‘old law’ trade mark registrations that were filed in Burundi before 28 July 2009 can be renewed up to 1 January 2025, or within a six-month period thereafter subject to payment of penalty fees.
