# eDeaf：ろうコミュニティに力を与える

eDeafは南アフリカに拠点を置く組織であり、聴覚障害者のトレーニングと有効化を専門としており、生産的な生活と充実したキャリアを楽しむことができます。

### 私たちの関与

Spoor＆Fisherは2012年からeDeafと提携しており、サポートの一環として、ハウテン州センチュリオンにあるオフィス施設をeDeafに提供しています。

同時に、Spoor＆Fisherは、データ部門とスキャン部門の聴覚障害者を雇用し、定期的にスキルアップすると同時に、南アフリカ手話で当社の他のメンバーをトレーニングしています。
