We are pleased to announce the appointment of [マシューコスタード](https://spoor.com/our-people/matthew-costard/) as the new Managing Director of Spoor & Fisher Jersey, succeeding [ウェイン・メイリング](https://spoor.com/our-people/wayne-meiring/), who has provided exceptional leadership over the years.

Matthew brings a wealth of experience and a fresh perspective to this role, and his transition into the position marks an exciting new chapter for our firm.

Reflecting on his new role, Matthew expressed:
