#### データプライバシーステートメント– Spoor＆Fisher – GDPR

Spoor＆Fisher Jersey（SFJ）は、欧州連合の一般データ保護規則への準拠を暗黙的に要求する2018年データ保護（ジャージー）法に定められた要件に準拠しており、これに準拠しています。

SFJは、スタッフ、クライアント、およびその他の第三者に関連して、保持する個人データに対する注意義務を真剣に受け止めています。

SFJが保有する顧客の個人情報には、事業の遂行に必要な情報のみが含まれるため、連絡先の詳細（氏名、（個人が保有する）役職、電子メールアドレス、事業所の住所、電話番号）に限定されます。

そのような個人データ：

- SFJは、知的財産サービスの提供において、事業を行うという特定の目的のために保有しています。

- 安全に保管されています。

- サービス目的でデータを調達する必要のあるスタッフのみがアクセスできます。

- 許容できるビジネス目的がない限り、第三者と共有することはありません。と

- SFJが保持している個人データを確認したいデータ主体は、リクエストに応じて利用できます。
