#### アフリカのマドリッド議定書

マドリッド議定書は、国際登録（「IR」）をもたらす単一の出願を使用して、多くの国および/または地域で商標保護を取得するための国際システムです。 IRは、システムに参加している国と地域でのみ取得できます。 IRは、スイスの世界知的所有権機関（WIPO）を介して一元管理される一連の権利を提供します。
