Megan Reimers is a Trade Mark Practitioner with a BLC and LLB.  She is an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa and a Notary Public.

Megan has over two decades of experience across all aspects of IP law, including prosecution, portfolio management, litigation, trade mark and copyright infringement, passing off, unlawful competition, Advertising Regulatory Board complaints, company name objections and domain name disputes.
