## 里斯本协定

非洲知识产权组织 (OAPI) 已加入里斯本协定。

《里斯本协定》通过单一的 WIPO 程序规定了对原产地名称和地理标志的国际保护。根据官方公告，原产地名称和地理标志是“需要在它们所指的产品与其原产地之间建立定性联系的名称”。
