#### 数据隐私声明 – Spoor & Fisher – GDPR

Spoor & Fisher Jersey (SFJ) 遵循并遵守 2018 年数据保护（泽西）法中规定的要求，其中暗含要求遵守欧盟的一般数据保护条例。

SFJ 认真对待其持有的与员工、客户和其他第三方有关的任何个人数据的注意义务。

SFJ 持有的客户个人数据仅包含开展业务所需的信息，因此仅限于联系方式（即姓名、（个人）担任的职位、电子邮件地址、公司地址、电话号码）。

此类个人资料：

- 由 SFJ 持有，用于开展业务、提供知识产权服务的特定目的；

- 安全存放；

- 只有需要为服务目的获取数据的员工才能访问；

- 除非有可接受的商业目的，否则不会与任何第三方共享；和

- 可应要求提供给希望查看 SFJ 保留哪些与其相关的个人数据的任何数据主体。
