# 海牙协定

海牙协定是工业品外观设计的国际注册体系。该协议通过向位于瑞士日内瓦的世界知识产权组织 (WIPO) 国际局提交的单一国际外观设计申请，规定在多个国家和组织保护工业品外观设计。外观设计申请必须指定申请人希望获得外观设计保护的国家。换句话说，可以提交一份指定多个国家的国际外观设计申请，而不必在每个国家提交单独的国家申请。

国际外观设计注册在每个指定国家具有与外观设计在相关国家注册并受相关国家法律约束的效果相同。指定国家保留将任何不符合其国家法律保护资格的设计排除在保护之外的权利。

根据海牙协定，多项外观设计可以包含在一个外观设计申请中，但与该外观设计相关的所有产品必须属于洛迦诺分类下的同一类别。可以对已注册的外观设计提起撤销程序，理由是它不符合任何指定国家/地区的国内法的保护条件。

目前，14个非洲国家以及区域组织OAPI（Organization Africaine de la Propriete Intellectuelle）是海牙协定的缔约方。

海牙外观设计申请可能涵盖 25 个非洲国家。那些在 **胆大** 是 OAPI 的成员。
