### 特立尼达和多巴哥已加入关于商标国际注册的马德里议定书。

尽管这些手续已于 2020 年 10 月 12 日完成，但这将在 2021 年 1 月 12 日正式生效。 新的法规已经通过，即《2020 年商标（国际注册）法规》。

特立尼达和多巴哥是一个经济上成功的国家，拥有大量的石油和天然气储备。该国拥有基于 2015 年立法的现代商标制度。因此，存在多类申请、审查、异议、10 年注册期限、不使用取消（五年）、侵权和稀释强制注册的范围以及海关观察程序。
