# 南非提议的能量饮料警告标签

卫生部长打算修改有关软饮料的规定，特别是那些归类为“含咖啡因饮料或可乐饮料”的规定；换句话说，“能量饮料”。

这背后的动机是什么？为提高公众对这些产品可能产生的影响的认识，并确保消费者免受任何误导性标签的影响，政府已承诺对这些产品的制造商提出更严格的要求。目的是让消费者为自己和家人做出明智的选择。

根据规定，含咖啡因饮料包括“配方咖啡因饮料或可乐饮料”。该法规进一步将含咖啡因的配方饮料定义为“一种不含酒精的、水性的、含有咖啡因的调味饮料，可能含有碳水化合物、氨基酸、维生素和其他物质，包括其他成分，以提高精神表现” .

如果这些“能量饮料”含有超过 150 毫克/升的咖啡因，修订后的法规要求容器带有以下警告：

- 标签主面板上的信息，粗体大写字母高度不小于 3.0 毫米：“HIGH CAFFEINE CONTENT”，

- 高度不小于 3.0 毫米的大写字母清晰易读的信息：“不推荐给 12 岁以下的儿童、孕妇、对咖啡因敏感的人，不要与酒精饮料混合饮用”，

- 包装上的标签还需要包括关于每份量和每 100 毫升咖啡因数量的声明，以毫克或“毫克”表示。

#### 公众可在 2011 年 8 月 13 日前对修正案草案发表意见。
